Job Description
The Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Northern Data’s company’s internal processes.
They will oversee administrative, financial, and operational tasks that support the front office and overall business efficiency.
Their responsibilities often include managing workflows, optimizing internal systems, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operations Management: Streamlining internal processes, maintaining databases, and ensuring efficient workflow. Answer and possibly forward incoming phone calls. Supporting teams, manager or direction
- Administration & Support: Oversee administrative staff, manage documentation, and handle communication between departments.
- Financial Oversight: Monitoring budgets, processing invoices (filing/distribution), and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring company policies and industry regulations are met. (Rydoo & TravelPerk)
- Technology & Systems: Managing software tools, CRM systems, and IT-related processes to improve efficiency.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Travel Management
- Facility Management tasks, such as keeping the stock of office supplies in order and assessing functions to office space.
