Office Experience Manager (Part-Time) – Culver City, LA


We are looking for a proactive, creative, and people-focused Office Manager to join our LA team in Culver City. This role is much more than admin work—it's about fostering a vibrant, engaging office culture as we transition into a hybrid company. We want someone who can incentivize and excite employees about coming into the office, organize engaging events, and ensure our space feels welcoming, collaborative, and efficient.


Our Culver City office at 3840 Watseka Avenue serves as a workspace for our local team, a hub for global teammates visiting from other regions, and a touchpoint for VIP guests. This role requires someone who is naturally hospitable, detail-oriented, and has a knack for bringing people together.


This is a part-time position with 20-30 variable hours per week, typically spanning 3 to 4 days per week at 5 hours per day. The starting hours will generally be between 8 AM and 10 AM, but flexibility is needed based on office needs and visitor schedules.


Hourly pay: $29 - $33

What you will do:

  • Create a vibrant in-office experience that encourages employees to work on-site.
  • Plan and execute team engagement initiatives, office events, and social gatherings to build community.
  • Work with leadership to develop fun and creative incentives that make in-office days exciting. Be the face of the office—warmly greet employees, visitors, and VIP guests.
  • Ensure seamless visitor experiences by managing office access, conference rooms, and hospitality needs.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming workspace that reflects our company culture.

Operations & Facilities Management:

  • Oversee office logistics, snacks, meals, and supply management to keep the space well-stocked and efficient.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers (cleaning, internet, building management, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth office equipment operations, troubleshooting issues in collaboration with IT.
  • Coordinate mail, shipments, and promotional items (customer gifts, marketing swag, etc.).

Leadership & Administrative Support:

  • Provide light support to the leadership team, assisting with office-related requests.

Event Coordination & Scheduling:

  • Maintain a calendar of visiting teams, external guests, and customer events to manage office capacity.
  • Assist in event planning and execution for internal and external gatherings.
  • Manage simple event budgets and logistics.

Skills & Experience That You Can Bring:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in office management or similar roles in tech or related industry. Experience in office operations, event planning, hospitality, or facilities management is a plus.A natural connector – you love bringing people together and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset – ability to anticipate needs and deliver excellent hospitality.
  • Creative problem-solver – you think outside the box to enhance office culture and engagement.
  • Strong communicator – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive & organized – ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • This is an in person role located in our Culver City office, our ideal candidate should be located close to Culver City with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
