We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our CEO and enhancing the overall workplace experience. This position will manage daily office operations, coordinate team events, and assist with new hire setups. What will you do?
- Assist as the Executive Assistant to our CEO.
- Oversee daily office operations, such as ordering and managing inventory of snacks, drinks, guest registration, mail/package distribution, and answering general phone calls.
- Manage and enhance the overall workplace experience.
- Assist with new hire setup, including welcoming, providing onboarding kits, ensuring building access, and preparing tech setups.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events for the team (e.g., happy hours, office outings).
- Maintain relationships with building management regarding office operations, including repairs, maintenance, vendors, visitors, and more.
- Coordinate office cleaning and ensure the office is in good condition.
- Be present in the office 5 days per week.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated flexibility and professional maturity in understanding and prioritizing tasks.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience in a startup environment is strongly preferred.
