Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen eine/n Office Associate (m/f/d) auf Minijob Basis (ca. 10 Stunden/Woche) für unser Büro in Bonn, zuständig für die folgenden Aufgaben: 

  • Verwaltung aller allgemeinen Büroangelegenheiten
  • Erster Ansprechpartner am Telefon und Empfang von Besuchern
  • Sicherstellung des rechtzeitigen Ausgangs der täglichen Post und der Kurierdienste
  • Verteilung der eingehenden Post
  • Verwaltung der Posteingänge von Front-Office und Info-EMEA; verantwortlich für die Verteilung der elektronischen Post an die beteiligten Teammitglieder
  • Organisation von Büro- und Druckermaterialien
  • Organisation des Caterings für alle internen Meetings
  • Verwaltung von Büroschlüsselkarten, Parkkarten, Tickets und Parkplätzen im Büro
  • Bestellung und Lieferung von Visitenkarten für die Mitarbeiter
  • Facility Management mit dem Gebäudeeigentümer
  • Pflege des lokalen Inventars, Sicherstellung, dass ausreichende Mengen verfügbar sind
  • Monatliche Bestandsaufnahme und Berichterstattung an die Buchhaltung

Qualifikationen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder derzeitiges Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Berufserfahrung als Rezeptionist/Verwaltungsassistent oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion wünschenswert
  • Professionelles Auftreten und Erscheinungsbild
  • Positive Einstellung und Bereitschaft, unsere internen Kunden zu bedienen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Anbietern/ Auftragnehmern
  • Multitasking- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Tools
  • Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
