We’re looking for a part-time (20 hours/week) Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our beloved, dog-friendly Budapest office by handling administrative tasks, supporting our colleagues, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
You’ll Be

  • ensuring the smooth operation of the office by:
    • ordering and procuring office supplies,
    • managing potential maintenance issues.
  • keeping the office environment organized by:
    • cleaning the coffee machines,
    • watering the flowers.
  • doing administration and tracking of office-related processes, including:
    • keeping track of company SIM cards and phone numbers,
    • administrating office access card handout/change/loss, etc.
  • communicating continuously with service providers, for example:
    • company fleet provider,
    • coffee supplier,
    • package couriers.
  • continuously improving our processes and office environment through smaller/bigger projects.
  • handling incoming and outgoing invoices, filing, and postal tasks.
  • occasionally provide administrative support for HR processes and assist in organizing company events.

We’re looking for

  • capability to prioritize and manage parallel long-term tasks alongside rapidly changing daily ad hoc responsibilities.
  • fluency in Hungarian and at least intermediate-level proficiency in English.
