As an Office & Employee Experience Coordinator, you will provide support to the team in Brooklyn, NY to keep the office running smoothly. This is a full-time, in person position, but your hours can be flexible!
About the role and why it’s unique:
- Plan and execute office events and culture initiatives
- Provide coordination support to team and employee experience events and touch points remotely, ensuring our events and programs are thoughtfully crafted and executed with an attention to detail
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival and ensure a positive and professional experience
- Champion our culture and represent Underdog as the first point of contact to onsite employees, visitors, and internal/external vendors
- Act as a liaison supporting and managing relationships with external vendors
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and budgeting to ensure availability and timely restocking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
- Coordinate meeting room preparation, including technology setup and refreshments
- Communicate office updates and needs effectively with the team
- Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management or other team members
Who you are:

- Expert at juggling multiple tasks and a natural desire to help others

Even better if you have:
- 1+ year of professional experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and/or corporate administrative experience
- Experience in office management, planning events, and/or customer-service roles
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors
- Interest in sports
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $31 and $34 per hour. The starting salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
