Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Front office management - reception of calls and guests, service providers, customers in the office.
- Receiving and sending parcels and correspondence.
- Material order management and tracking for the different departments.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Coordinate and supervise the cleaning of the office.
- Support to the HR department during onboarding, offboarding, absence management and others.
- Remote offices support (Jena, Freiburg, Budapest [material mgmt.]) in the above mentioned areas
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Previous professional experience in similar capacity
- Excellent communication, analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Great organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and prioritize varied workload.
- Self-motivated, proactive, creative and energetic with a positive can-do attitude.
- Good English verbal and written skills.
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Solid Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
