As Office Administrator you will be responsible for providing overall administrative assistance to the department, creation of different types of correspondence and materials, responsibility for organizing documents, presentations, analyses, records and archives in order to support the department for quality and timely completion of job-related activities, in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices and business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Receiving mail, responsibility for proper mail distribution and delivery.

  • Creation of correspondence, searching for information.

  • Editing the department's intranet page.

  • Managing generic email account.

  • Receiving orders for office supplies, management of order review documents, and submission of orders.

  • Receiving, preparing and issuing promotional material.

  • Management of various data bases.

  • Representation of the company's vision and values, and responsibility for good relations with business partners.

  • Implementation and creation of conditions needed for the fulfillment of all HSE tasks in the organizational unit.

  • Responsibility for personal and professional development.

  • Implementation of and compliance with all the instructions and requirements for safety at work, environment protection, and property protection.

  • Other tasks determined during the objectives setting process and by KPIs.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Secondary school degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Basic knowledge of English.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • 1 year of experience in office administration.
