About the role:

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a flexible part-time role? Our Trouw Nutrition team, located in our Puslinch, Ontario office, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of mail and package handling, including receiving, sorting, scanning, coding, distributing, and coordinating with couriers.
• Oversee office supply management by ordering, receiving, replenishing supplies, and monitoring stock levels to ensure adequate inventory in common areas.
• Manage coffee supplies and stations, coordinate machine services, and handle all aspects of catering, including ordering, setup, and cleanup.
• Coordinate equipment services, manage calls and faxes, handle security fobs and keys, and oversee bi-weekly shredding services.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of boardrooms and hoteling stations, assist with general office tasks and special projects, and receive and assist guests as needed.

Skills and Expertise:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
