SUMMARY OF DUTIES
This position assists the outside sales force in the project management of sales opportunities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
• Provide product information to customers.
• Maintain customer relationship management system (CRM) with current information.
• Assist outside sales force in the project management of sales opportunities.
• Recommend additional products to existing customers.
• Create and manage Email campaigns to existing contacts.
• Create and manage lead generation activities.
• Performs a variety of other related duties, as required.
SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education and experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.
• Work related experience equivalent to three years of sales experience in the medical device field.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple, large and high priority projects efficiently and effectively and to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to conduct and/or supervise the development process in an organized and methodical manner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to act as a team leader while supervising OEM's efforts as related to high priority projects.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
