Garantizar las condiciones y requerimientos técnicos del servicio de
alimentación hospitalaria.
a) Cumplir con las especificaciones exigidas por el cliente en cuanto al
servicio de alimentación de nutrición según el contrato establecido en el
punto desde el proceso de solicitud de dieta hasta la distribución y entrega
(presentación de los platos, temperatura y calidad de los alimentos,
ensamble, gramaje, menaje, rotulación de las dietas, horarios, protocolos
de seguridad del paciente, observaciones particulares para las dietas
hospitalarias, recolección de loza, entrega de carta menú)
b) Garantizar la entrega de las dietas cumpliendo con las observaciones y
especificaciones técnicas de las dietas solicitadas para los pacientes.
c) Implementar las acciones necesarias que permitan el cumplimiento de los
indicadores de servicio y de dietas conformes entregadas de acuerdo con
el manual de dietas o el documento base establecido por el cliente.
d) Garantizar el procedimiento de entrega efectiva de dietas teniendo en
cuenta el proceso de pedido a producción, asignación de requerimientos,
impresión de tarjetas, revisión de carros ensamblados, pruebas
organolépticas, reporte de novedades en la entrega de comidas, ciclos de
menús entre otros.
e) Garantizar con su equipo de trabajo el cumplimiento de los ciclos de
menús, cartas menú y todas las preparaciones que se entregaran a los
pacientes.
