- Mantener un canal de comunicación efectivo con el cliente y dar cumplimiento del servicio establecido.
- Garantizar el mejoramiento continuo dentro de todo el proceso productivo, desde la solicitud de materia hasta la venta efectiva.
- Gestionar y asegurar que se cumple con todos los requisitos legales de salud pública requeridos para mantener y obtener los permisos de sanidad correspondiente, y poder operar el servicio de alimentación en el punto asignado.
- Gestionar oportunamente con todas las áreas de la empresa las actividades necesarias para cumplir con las tareas de mantenimiento (preventivo y correctivo), compras, entrenamiento, servicio, ventas, contratación de personal y suministro de dotación según las políticas de la compañía para asegurar el normal funcionamiento de los puntos establecidos.
- Garantizar la rentabilidad presupuestada en el punto asignado.
- Garantizar el reporte de las novedades del personal, promover el bienestar y comunicación de los colaboradores a cargo, cumplimiento de la estructura presupuestada y optimización de los gastos de personal.
- Participación en los comités de trabajo, así como en la elaboración y rendición de informes de su gestión a la Gerencia General.
