Job Description
We are looking for a NPI Product Technical Engineer. This position will be full-time and Hybrid Bangalore.
What You’ll Do
- Understand the process, new concepts and product information.
- Set up Master Data for Asia, Middle East, Russia, Africa zones, as well to test and validate the product setup and its declaration in required LMS (NG or Rxlab.net/ Gateway – Internal Master Data holders). To coordinate to Set up calculation configuration and calculation product set up (in MULAN/CDMS), manage and track the request to set up.
- Provide 2nd-Level and 3rd-Level support and troubleshooting to resolve issues escalated by customers and support teams.
- Communicate with customers and support teams to understand their needs and identify the root cause of the problem.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation the unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or the next level of support.
- Participate in New Product projects in Asia, Middle East, Russia, Africa zones, to deliver projects on time and ensure a compliance to quality standards.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Document technical knowledge and share the experience with the team members.
- Monitor and find opportunities for improvement of the current tasks o Gather feedback from end-users to continue improving systems.
- Hands on troubleshooting skills to enhance and resolve issues.
- Ensure that quality controls of the work are planned and performed correctly.
- To coordinate with all other cross functional teams (GE, Globe Frames, WWPRO/ Globe Lens, Partners etc.).

What You'll Need
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Operations, IT MDM, Business or Financial analysis or Manufacturing.
- Should be proficient with Microsoft excel, written and verbal communication, Knowledge on IT Systems or Manufacturing side will be a plus.
- Experience in Medical device, FMCG, Retail.
- bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, IT, or relevant field.
- Proven working experience in providing technical support, or work experience as a Product Administrator or similar role, Master Data administrator at least 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge in writing SQL & Microsoft office.
- Working in any Master Data application will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
- Intermediate client-facing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure o Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Able to work out of business hours (if need be) Flexible working hours/days
Physical Demands
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
