The North American CapEx Manager provides support to planning, tracking, forecasting and budgeting CapEx spend for North American plants (including Pools).  The Manager will lead some projects, review projects, guide PMs through Stage Gate and will work with all Project Managers and Engineers to consolidate updates, and provide timely reporting of project status.  The Manager will also work with other regional coordinators on best practices and implementing Stage Gate approach to project execution.

Qulifications:

• Extensive working knowledge of Capital processes including general accounting policies and procedures.
• Experience with implemenation of small to medium scale capital projects accounting and tracking as part of a team and on an indivdual basis.
• Proven communication to levels above and below in order to accomplish required tasks.
• Extensive understanding of Excel and SAP
• Basic accounting principals
• Understanding of capital process pertaining to both policy adherance

Skills:

• Working knowledge of SharePoint
• Extensive knowledge of Excel operations (Pivot tables, advanced filters, data manipulation) and SAP (finace, fixed assets and project management)

Education:

• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical), Finance, or Business.

Travel:

• Less than 25%

The expected compensation range for this position is between $121,500.00 and $170,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
