As the Nordics Enterprise Partner Manager you will be responsible for selling our products and solutions through ATEA in Denmark, Finland, Norway & Sweden. The primary goal is to increase sales and pro-activity. The Partner Manager will help drive and support the Nordics Partner's sales and marketing activities in line with growth targets, utilising best practice across their subsidiaries/affiliates.  

The Nordics Partner Manager must interact with team members who manage these partners at a local level (including sales, product, marketing, services and legal) to support local activities and achieve revenue expectations.   

You will also build close relationships with sales, engineering, marketing and management in the Nordics and work with them to develop new sales opportunities.

Knowledge of the software industry and previous experience in Enterprise Partner management is mandatory, as are very good English skills, excellent interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, a can-do attitude and a high degree of pragmatism.  

You should also have a strong willingness to travel and a valid driving license.

 Your tasks will include:

  • Develop best practices and work with local teams to implement them,    
  • Foster win-win relationships that meet both profitability and growth targets  
  • You will work closely with the partner to create and implement go-to-market plans that consistently cover product and market promotion aspects to achieve agreed sales targets
  • Work closely with local sales and technical teams to continuously understand and fulfil the partner's requirements.
  • Achieve the set sales targets
  • Work closely as a team with Veeam Account Managers, Consultants and Marketing to win projects in both the mid-market and enterprise customer segments.
  • Ensure this partner is trained and certified to Veeam standards, identify areas of improvement and seek input from other teams.
  • You must be able to present all Veeam solutions and show partners the added value.  

What we expect from you:

  • Your strength and experience is in partner sales and you have a proven track record in software companies
  • Experience in working with Nordic partners, preferably ATEA, in multicultural environments and teams
  • Ability to multitask, quickly change priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong process skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience at management level
  • Ability to realize & execute on global plan
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • You have a solution-orientated approach and can inspire your partners for add-on products and solutions and also attract and motivate new partners.
  • Knowledge of virtualisation, backup, cloud, disaster recovery is an advantage
  • A high willingness to travel is a matter of course for you, as well as an IT affinity and the willingness to go the extra mile.
