Job Description:Nordic Product Manager – Reproductive Medicine

Do you have the strategic brand management experience and a winning attitude to drive HCP engagement, increase market shares, and achieve sales targets through strategic brand promotion? Are you motivated by making a meaningful impact in the field of reproductive medicine?

Join Ferring Nordics in a position that balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, offering plenty of room for professional development. At our offices in Malmö, you will become part of a team that encourages creativity and innovation.

“You’ll have the freedom to innovate, collaborate, and see your ideas come to life in a role that offers both autonomy and support. This allows you to make a real impact. For instance, you can greatly influence our online presence, as we are increasingly moving into the digital space and recently launched several digital platforms and channels,” explains Susanne Rundqvist, Nordic Business Unit Director, Reproductive Medicine & Maternal Health.

Ferring + you
You will join our Nordic Reproductive Medicine business unit, where you will become an essential driver of our Nordic brand strategy across four very important markets in close collaboration with our team of Key Account Managers, covering Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway.

In general, you can look forward to becoming part of a highly dedicated and knowledgeable team, which includes a Sales Manager, six Key Account Managers, and a Commercial Specialist in addition to our Business Unit Director. We also have close collaboration with our Medical, Regulatory, and Market Access teams.

We are continuously working towards creating synergies and streamlining our work processes, which includes close collaboration with our business unit for Gastroenterology.
Your day at Ferring
This role will combine strategic leadership and hands-on operations. While you will leverage your strategic acumen, you can also expect to handle more administrative tasks, including budget approvals, spending plans, and collaborations with advertising agencies.

Your primary focus will be developing and implementing brand strategies for two key focus brands, Menopur® and REKOVELLE®, to ensure continued growth and market presence. This includes setting clear brand objectives and establishing effective brand positioning based on global strategic objectives.

An essential part of your role will be to work closely with our Key Account Managers to visit customers, gather insight, and assist them with messaging and customer access. Other responsibilities include:

  • Managing costs, e.g., advertisements and promotional budget in line with the overall product budget

  • Leading project-based brand teams with monthly check-ins to ensure that activities are being carried out across the different areas, e.g. sales, commercial excellence, and general management

  • Facilitating the planning of cross-country business-driving projects and supporting the Key Account Managers in execution as an active member of the local KAM teams

  • Driving the adoption of global strategies, including creating new opportunities for customer engagement

  • Ensuring local compliance with Nordic legislation

  • Creating and deploying digital/omnichannel marketing tactics to support our Key Account Managers in engaging with different segments of healthcare professionals

You can expect to work from the office in Malmö at least 3 days a week. We would also love for you to join our Key Account Managers to meet customers and attend conferences across the Nordics, and we anticipate around 30 travel days a year.

Behind our innovation – there’s you
You have excellent stakeholder management skills, including a strong ability to influence your colleagues through involvement. You accomplish goals and meet deadlines, making a solid contribution to the team's objectives, and your analytical and quantitative approach helps you solve problems.

You are comfortable reading and interpreting medical data and studies, and you have a proven ability to extract the most critical points – and to develop and execute integrated brand plans accordingly.

Additionally, you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Product Manager

  • Experience with digital marketing, webinars, and online engagement

  • A degree in business or science combined with 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in one of the Nordic countries

  • A good understanding of market dynamics and relevant legislation in at least one of the Nordic countries, preferably Sweden

  • Strong communication skills – you are fluent in English and preferably speak and write at least one of the Nordic languages
