Tainan Display Manufacturing Center (TMC) is the world-class manufacturing facility which lays a strategic role in employing deep display expertise to enable the next generation of displays. The fab helps display makers transform their ideas into reality and pave the way for the next generation of displays.

TMC plays a key role in advancing improvements such as image resolution and quality, size increases, and new form factors as the display industry has evolved from CRTs to LCDs, and now to OLED.  These innovations, along with reduced costs, have enabled new products and driven the proliferation of displays that create dynamic and stunning visual experiences for consume. 

The facility, which occupies about 5.1 hectares includes two cleanrooms and a laboratory. It is located close to customers in the Tainan Science Park, to provide fast support to our display customers throughout Asia.

Key Responsibilities

1.Maintain the programs that already been created and provided programing service to cross function team.
2.Extend the programs’ functions and scope to enlarge benefit.
3.Build up new programs to support TMC’s members to enhance the efficiency of their operations
4.Other Missions that assigned by leader, such as coding program from current data base
4.1.    Top 5 suppliers with region & buyers analysis for management team review.
4.2.    Kit-Fill rate by MFG view, with level II/III breakdown for next improvement
4.3.    SPS overall bar chart & /module chart, with backlog & closed.
4.4.    NC/DMR closure analysis on a daily base
4.5.    Support coding for "Convert PR to PO for ROT request  --- Special treat due to ROT’s complexity"
4.6.    Support coding for "Manage blank PO to module supplier (Avex), all down level parts’ received/deliver/consign/change……--  extra loading for ROT"
4.7.    Support coding for "Relevant ECR/QN/SPS management   --- Special treat due to ROT’s complexity"
4.8.    Support coding for "Total cost verify btw supplier/sub-tier/Applied   -- extra loading for ROT"

Functional Knowledge

• 1.  Bachelor degree or above, Information Engineering / Information Management / Industrial Engineering /Industrial Management related departments 
  2.  Capable to present and familiar with Office application, e.g Excel / PowerPoint.
  3.  Mid level English ability, capable to commulate with other team by easy wording.

  Interpersonal Skills
  Good communication skill to help to co-work with different filed people. 

  Programing Skills: (Program language)

Major tasks: 
A.    Work with CI programmer to build the ARO process control coding system
1.    Capture the key inputs of business functional process from each department, like S&OP, config management, planning, purchasing, manufacturing & logistic.
2.    Identify the data source of each key input
3.    Build the platform with coding to make the data capable for automatically & regular update.
4.    Maintenance the system with add/remove key control points requested by management team. 
B.    Build the management performance coding system
1.    Capture the key business results from each department, like S&OP, config management, planning, purchasing, manufacturing & logistic.
2.    Identify the data source of each key output performance
3.    Build the platform with coding to make the data capable for automatically & regular update.
4.    Maintenance the system with add/remove key control points requested by management team.
C.    Support material positioning system for OLED ROT 
1.    Support the coding program to build the part positioning system for parts been nominal GI by ROT requirement.
