Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented NOC Manager to join our team! This position offers the opportunity for an energetic and motivated candidate to join a dynamic and growing team that solves our customer’s unique mission needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- The Manager, Cyber NOC will manage the 24/7 Parsons’ Network Operations Center, leading and directing teams for Cyber & Network Surveillance, Incident Management, and Fault Isolation.
- The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end monitoring and troubleshooting of the Cyber, cloud, and mobile solutions platform, quickly analyzing service and system issues to determine and implement corrective actions
- This position will escalate complex issues to Advanced Operations and engineering resources, determine root causes for failures, and develop corrective actions, ranging from configuration changes to new operational procedures
- Additionally, the role will contribute to ongoing process improvements using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics to eliminate errors, maximize hardware/software efficiencies, and increase service uptime, ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Hire and manage a team of NS, IM, and Cyber/IT Engineers and SMEs
- Develop and maintain training programs for skill development
- Engage and escalate issues with Advanced Ops, Engineering, and vendors for critical support
- Drive automation to reduce MTTR, optimize resources, and improve processes
- Analyze KPIs and implement changes for optimal network performance
- Ensure network meets assurance KPIs and SLA, and manage outages and emergencies
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Must have a current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility; CI poly preferred but not required
- Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of cyber operations/Information technology experience
- Experience managing Cyber NOC shift environments and troubleshooting
- Organizational skills to manage dynamic schedules and team workloads efficiently
- Good understanding of Cyber, cloud, mobile solutions functional components and ability to troubleshoot technology issues
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Selected candidates will be certified through BlackHorse Solution’s Commercial Signature Reduction (CSR) and Cyber Advanced Support Operations (CASO) training.
