WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
If you are interested in learning about foundational inbound supply chain processes and
making a direct impact on customer experience, there is an exciting opportunity to be a team
member of the BARK NOC.

Working with our supply chain team, the NOC Specialist will be responsible for executing
foundational functions to ensure quality and execution in our international inbound supply
chain. You will generate and send shipment manifest files from our various logistics
providers to our distribution center network, manage shipment exceptions by partnering
with various cross-functional teams, and other foundational tasks. The scope of
responsibilities for this role will continue to grow over time and is an excellent platform for
eager candidates to expand their supply chain knowledge and gain experience in skills that
are in high demand across the industry.

KEY DUTIES
● The role will assist in completing foundational supply chain tasks to scale up our
supply chain to meet growing demands
● Manage and identify root causes for variances and inventory discrepancies through
all legs of the inbound supply chain to ensure there is visibility and action around
shipment defects
● Receive inventory into Netsuite after inventory has been received by either a supplier
(Vendor Delivered) or by the warehouse.
● Manage and execute the manifest process by accurately uploading manifest files into
the ftp for both domestic and international shipments.
● Communicate with various teams in the supply chain team to escalate outstanding
issues that do not fall within the standard processes defined for the role
● Maintain reporting that is critical to the supply chain daily operation.

● Own and drive the processes outlined above, while aiming to continuously improve
processes where possible
● Learn new processes and systems as the inbound operation matures and develops.

EXPERIENCE
● High-level training/education will be provided to equip you with the foundational
knowledge needed but interest in Supply Chain - specifically logistics- is very, very
helpful.
● Supply Chain experience if possible.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
● Resourceful, with ability to self-direct.
● Beginner/Intermediate Excel skills
● Self-starter, team player who is adept with process flows, data/analysis, and strong in
communication.
● Strong verbal & written communication skills with strong follow up skills in English.
● Knowledge of supply chain - specifically international logistics - a plus.
● Patient and works with sense of urgency
● Process driven

PAY TRANSPARENCY
● The base salary range for this position is ₱551,200.00PHP

**This compensation range is based on BARKs good faith estimate as of the date of this posting and
may be modified in the future. Actual pay for this position will depend on a variety of variables
including location, travel, internal equity, experience, education, skills and expertise.
