Requirements:
We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our Technical Operation team. The position requires troubleshooting production monitoring alerts and managing production infrastructure.
In this position you will:
- Monitor production infrastructure and perform ongoing support and maintenance
- Have overall responsibility for solving Tier-1 Cases under defined SLA's
- Work closely with the company’s technical account managers and Sales teams
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of similar position
- Experience with Linux
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of networks
- Great interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work both individually and within a team
- Fluent English - must have excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts and weekends)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Apache, Tomcat, or Java
- Experience with GCP, OCI,AWS
- Experience with SQL, BQ
- Experience with MongoDB
