Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced NLP & LLM Engineer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relevant technologies, be passionate about application development, and enjoy working in a collaborative and agile environment.
You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our core applications, contributing both to backend and frontend systems. If you thrive on problem-solving and are excited about working with modern technologies, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize NLP models, including LLMs and RAG pipelines.
- Implement retrieval systems (e.g., FAISS, ElasticSearch, Pinecone).
- Build and deploy scalable NLP applications and pipelines.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in NLP and AI.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong Python skills; familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, spaCy).
- Understanding of LLMs, tokenization, embeddings, and transformers.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of RAG techniques and vector databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker).
