Job Description
Join our team as a Night Auditor at our prestigious hotel in Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia! We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to oversee our night operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage the front desk during night shifts, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, verifying financial transactions, and preparing daily reports
- Monitor and ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Process reservations, room assignments, and guest billing accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to address any guest issues or special requests
- Maintain accurate records of all night shift activities and communicate important information to the day shift team
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established protocols
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Degree or training in hospitality management with experience in front office operations, preferably as a night auditor
- Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Khmer language is a plus
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic accounting skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality with a commitment to exceptional guest experiences
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of local culture and customs
