We are a dedicated team who is looking for a colleague who efficiently and competently can lead and negotiate difficult customer dialogues, e.g. claim discussions in the Onshore business. You need the ability to manage timely closure on complex cases and ensure alignment with internal and external business partners. You will provide business-oriented solutions and directions to complex issues to the business and therefore you need the ability to be able to evaluate all risks in accordance to internal guidelines to avoid exposing the company to unacceptable risks.

  • Full and proper execution of Major Projects within budget, on time and with the right quality from project handover to project closure in line with the MP Checklist 

  • Represents the project towards internal and external customers as aligned with Service Operations & Service Portfolio manager 

  • Manages and facilitates efficient communication & collaboration between all relevant stakeholders (internal & external) 

  • Ensures project Health, safety, environment (HSE) and Quality management (QM)performance 

  • Risk & Opportunity Management 

  • Facilitates Continuous Learning in the project 

  • Supports during pre-handover phase with scoping, budgeting and scheduling of complex projects 

Essential Qualifications / Experience: 

  • Proven experience in project management within the renewable energy or related industry. 

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful project delivery. 

  • Expertise in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality Management (QM) standards. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Experience in financial management, including budget handling and Profit/Loss responsibility. 

  • Strong understanding of contractual obligations and commercial aspects of project management. 

  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. 

Preferred Qualifications / Experience: 

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field. 

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). 

  • Experience with risk management and opportunity management in project settings. 

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations specific to renewable energy projects. 

  • Proven ability to optimize project profitability and manage contractual changes effectively.
