Plans and completes operational outbound marketing activities for assigned products.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordination and execution of field actions ensuring the stated NPI plan is being executed at the account level in accordance with the new product commercialization plan.
- Manages the operational aspects of the launch and any associated LMR or phasing of the NPI.
- Provides field feedback and learnings from initial product roll-out to confirm launch trajectory, commercial up-take, and the product is meeting it design specifications.
- Works directly with field personnel and users gaining feedback to ensure design criteria and product features are performing as designed and are aligned with expectations.
- Collaborates with Head of NPI Office and cross-functionally to ensure feasibility of new product introductions and transition of new product launch to full commercial release including high-level of collaboration prior to and throughout the launch with all key stakeholders.
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in VIS or 8 years of industry experience.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Keen understanding of the Interventional product workflow.
- Understanding of NPI planning process.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain deadlines.
- Team Player, strong collaborator.
Travel: This role requires 50% travel.

The base pay range for this position is
Min $91,000 - Max $136,500
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
