Haygarth is one of Flywheel Commerce Network's sister agencies, this role will work with the Haygarth team and be based in our Wimbledon Village office. At Haygrath, we specialize in Shopper, Retail and Brand Experiences to create powerful campaigns, both on the high street and online, creating transformational business change.
Opportunity:
We have a great opportunity for a New Business Manager to join Haygarth Group (Haygarth, TracyLocke and POD Staffing). In this role you’ll be working closely with the New Business Director, Senior Managers, Board members and the CEO, implementing Haygarth Group’s new business strategy. This means managing a mix of inbound lead management and high-volume outbound lead generation activity to target potential clients.
You’ll be supporting with the management and creation of materials for the agency’s new business lead generation and pitch process. Developing your knowledge about the agency’s products & services as well as collating and preparing case studies to support client meetings. You will be the first point of contact for initial requests from potential clients, working to screen these and working closely with other members of the agency to successfully convert opportunities.
What You’ll Do
New Business
- Supporting the New Business Director with the delivery of the agency’s annual new business strategy.
- Liaison with sister agencies within the Omnicom network.
- Reviewing data to support the identification of particular target sectors.
- Managing the new lead capture process for the New Business Director and leadership team to qualify and prioritise opportunities.
- Preparing and collating the relevant materials to target the desired client list.
- Responding to initial requests from prospective clients.
- Coordinating and collating the information required for completing detailed prospective Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for review by the New Business Director.
- Central point of contact for internal new business information requests.
- Updating the agency credentials as directed by the New Business Director.
- Work with account handlers and the creative team in preparing presentations and any supporting documentation to present in pitches and any new business meetings.
- Direct liaison with new business clients – organising meetings, facilitating requests, chemistry meetings etc.
- To maintain up to date, complete and accurate client and agency information which is ready to be used and or tailored for new business opportunities and to keep intermediaries informed on latest updates.
- Update weekly new business status reports for senior team.
- Keeping an up to date, detailed and accurate data on all opportunities with quarterly reporting for Board.
Marketing
- Case studies (working with teams and Creative department)
- Website updates (experience of Content Management systems an advantage)
- Manage the agency Social media platforms
- Intermediary and other 3rd party profile management – monthly
- Haygarth research (packaging the research for marketing)
- Management of marketing collateral
- Brand guardian for Haygarth
- Managing outbound CRM database and process – currently we use Insightly CRM platform and PearlFinders Insights for data
- Orchestration of marketing award entries and league tables entries
- Researching appropriate entries and recommending specific entries to Associate and Board Directors which are aligned to departmental and agency goals
- Co-ordination of entries to meet deadlines to ensure success
- Recommendations of the agency’s best practice methods and ensuring that high standards are met by all teams for all entries
Who You Are:
- An excellent communicator
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Able to write clear and concise copy with creativity and flair.
- Able to manage projects from start to finish in a timely manner.
- Curious in developing and maintaining current knowledge of the marketing agency landscape and competitive activity.
- Able to understand and articulate the Haygarth "brand" and our products and services.
- A problem solver who can collaborate across the agency to obtain the necessary and accurate information.
- Able to influence to a senior level – appropriately challenge when required.

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
