Job Summary:

We are looking for a New Account Manager (m/f/d) Consumer Electronics preferably located in South Germany.
Your tasks

  • Act as the primary contact in the acquisition of new customers in the High Tech/Consumer Electronics market segment for testing and certification services in Europe (focus on Germany)
  • Build new customer relationships to achieve personal sales goals, emphasizing the entire value chain of the services available from the CSA Group
  • Independently acquire new customers in the assigned territory using various lead generation and direct approach methods
  • Prospecting, offer and sales goals are set annually
  • Create customer profiles and call plans to address prospective and inactive customers
  • Create written offers for services for customers in collaboration with technical specialists and operational staff
  • Work closely with the marketing department to identify potential customers and assist in nurturing leads to develop precise new customer strategies to win new business
  • Create regular written reports on calls, customer contacts, offers, travel and trade show activities and give oral presentations
  • Evaluate industry reports and area databases and develop Area analyses

This is what we expect:

  • Bachelor's degree and >5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in product testing/certification in the high-tech, consumer electronics market segment
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets
  • Proven experience in dealing with large companies at management level
  • "Hunter" mentality and proactive approach when approaching new customers
  • Pragmatic approach to promptly creating needs-based offers in accordance with customer requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Professional communication and presentation skills (written, oral)
  • Professional interaction with external and internal customers, colleagues
  • German and English - fluent in spoken and written
  • Reasonable travel expenses to achieve sales targets
