Your day at NTT DATA

Este puesto se enfoca en brindar soporte técnico a los clientes de NTT DATA. Las responsabilidades incluyen:
- Compilar especificaciones técnicas de manera clara y concisa.
- Proponer soluciones efectivas para incidencias y situaciones complejas.
- Desarrollar y documentar planes de respaldo y soluciones alternativas.

What you'll be doing

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

• Configuraciones nivel 2 de Routing & Switching.

• Interactuar con clientes de forma presencial y remota para la resolución de incidentes complejos.

• Responder a los escalamientos de clientes.

• Redactar informes y propuestas, y completar y mantener la documentación del proyecto.

• Apoyar con la documentación de los procedimientos operativos relacionados con instalaciones y reparaciones.

• Capacitar a ingenieros y técnicos junior de implementación.

• Apoyar en la coordinación de las actividades de los Ingenieros junior, en línea con los objetivos de desempeño.

• Participar en trabajos de diseño de mayor complejidad.

• Realizar cualquier otra tarea relacionada según sea necesario.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

• Estudios técnicos y/o profesionales de Telecomunicaciones, Conectividad y Redes, Informática, Electrónica o afines.

• Experiencia nivel 2 configurando e implementando routers y switches Cisco.

• Nivel avanzado (C1, C2) de inglés, tanto conversacional como escrito y lectura (será evaluado).

REQUISITOS DESEABLES

• Experiencia con tecnologías Aruba y Aruba central.

• Certificaciones en tecnologías Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5.

• Certificación Cisco Dev Net.

HABILIDADES QUE SON UN PLUS

• Experiencia con tecnologías Palo Alto.

• Experiencia con Python y Ansible.

• Experiencia/interés en GenAI y Machine Learning.
