Position Overview:

The Network Solutions (NS) Operations and Product Excellence Lead will be responsible for managing and leading multiple change initiatives. This role involves expansions of global footprint for both product and operations teams, working closely with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in relevant technologies and the ability to build authentic relationships across functions.

What you will do: 

  • Lead Global Expansion: Lead efforts to expand the global footprint within Network Solutions, including oversight of strategy, resource allocation, training, and communication. Coordinate with international teams to ensure consistency and efficiency across both operations and product teams, developing a comprehensive global strategy that aligns with the team’s overall objectives. 

  • Operational Enablement: Assess operational enablement needs by working closely with all key stakeholders (both internally and externally) and update plans as needed. Identify business operational areas that need improvements and propose appropriate action plans with a heavy focus on automation and efficiency. 

  • Data Analysis and Performance Metrics: Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for operational changes. Lead cross-functional teams to implement these changes, ensuring they are executed effectively and result in measurable improvements. 

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of business operations and product initiatives. Partner with the leadership team to recommend and execute adjustments as needed. Conduct regular reviews of key performance indicators, create and maintain dashboards, and develop action plans to address and resolve issues. 

  • Benchmarking and Best Practices: Conduct benchmarking activities to ensure Network Solutions is moving towards a world-class model. Research industry best practices, attend relevant conferences and seminars, and network with peers to stay informed about the latest trends and innovations. 

What you will bring: 

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience; Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or overall equivalent experience. 

  • Leadership and Initiative: Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills, a self-starter with the ability to research and resolve issues. 

  • Project Management: Experience managing strategic operational and technology initiatives, projects, and process innovative changes effectively. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, computer systems, applications, and operating systems. SQL experience preferred but not mandatory. 

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to provide insights from gathering requirements to presenting outputs. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and skilled at developing and maintaining effective working relationships. 

  • Critical Thinking: Excellent skills in critical thinking and analysis, project management, meeting facilitation, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, consulting, etc.). 

  • Workflow Documentation: Ability to create and document workflow processes. 

 

Location and Workplace Flexibility: We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
