What We Need:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Planner to join our team. This role will involve designing, planning, and optimizing our wireless network infrastructure to ensure top-tier service quality and seamless connectivity. You’ll work collaboratively with our talented teams to enhance our network performance and deployment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Design: Plan and optimize 60 GHz wireless links using high-resolution line of sight data.
  • Optimization & Analysis: Ensure scalability and reliability of the network through capacity analysis and optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Network Engineering, and IT teams to optimize planning software and ensure deployment success.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance during network deployment and ensure timely, quality delivery of network builds.
  • Data Insights: Leverage AWS, Amazon Athena, and custom dashboards to track performance, identify challenges, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of network planning, ideally for a wireless internet service provider.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with wireless communication technologies.
    • Experience with AWS, SQL, and Amazon Athena for querying and analysis.
    • Experience creating performance dashboards and reports.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS).
  • Background in computer science, data science
  • Previous customer service experience.
