Your day at NTT DATA
We are looking for an IT service professional with orientation in ITIL processes and networking. ITIL foundation, CCNA or other networking certificates are a big plus.
The primary responsibility of our Operations Specialist is to ensure that our client IT infrastructure and systems remain operational. Managing ticket queue, resolving 1st line technical incidents and requests, distributing tickets across a team of certified network experts.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:

Managing ticket queue, team mailbox and other ITIL service coordination tasks

Communicating with users and 3rd party service providers

Ensuring ticket quality and compliance with defined process rules across the team

Basic troubleshooting of and resolving of incidents based on defined documentation

Implementation of simple service requests and changes
Knowledge and Attributes:
- Basic orientation in IT services
- Willingness to learn new things
- Good level of English and German is a must
- willingness to work 24x7 (nights, weekends, public holidays => 12 hour shift rotation)
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration or related.
- ITIL foundation certification (nice to have but not mandatory)
