Zayo is seeking a Network Expense Senior Coordinator who will be responsible for communicating with vendors and internal team members to initiate accurate and timely vendor payment, dispute resolution, submission of annual Federal Universal Service Fund (FUSF) documentation as required by vendor, and other projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Process telecom bills which includes:
- Track and analyze all (month over month) billing variances
- Dispute any necessary items directly with vendor
- Verify turn-ups and disconnects are reflected on invoices timely
- Provide account/circuit billing information to the Carrier Management team when requested
- Maintain accurate records of disputed amounts by vendor
- Assist with the preparation and submission of FUSF documentation to vendors
- Gather telecom data as requested to assist with the next data bulk upload in Oracle Fusion. -
Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner and paid on time.

Ensure that appropriate software application reflect the up-to-date information in terms of vendor billing, account numbers, etc.

Perform routine accounting reconciliations.

Improve performance impact through growth in knowledge and expertise and through applying coaching, training and development in field of expertise.

Seek to continuously improve personal performance in support of department goals and customer satisfaction objectives.

Impact directly supports Education Networks of America's (ENA by Zayo) achievement of short term and long-term success.

Perform other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Telecom, Accounting, or Finance fields.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, preferred.

Experience with Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics (BPM), and BillTrak, preferred.

Experience with MS Office, with a proficiency in MS Excel.

Detail-oriented and motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Estimated Base Pay Range: $19.47 - $30.00 USD/hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
