Thales Services Numériques works on outsourcing operations for more than sixty customers. We support our customer’s system with the MRO activity, Our activity is based on the MRO, development of the IT to support applications, transformation of existing applications to the Cloud, Secure hybrid outsourcing or on premise infrastructure, and apply security audits on platforms and remediation’s plan.

Job summary

As a Network Administrator and NetOps Engineer, your mission is to work on the delivery of new infrastructure. From the engineering to MRO, you will have to deploy new network infrastructure or transform them.

Your experience on Security infrastructure, Wan or Lan will allow you to challenge the design proposed before the build.

You are well aware of ITIL practice, so you will not put at risk the stability of our customer’s IT during the build and run and you should expect the role to be part of a global effort to support our customers on their IT.  You should be someone who is passionate about automating, robustness and reliability, trouble-shooting network and system configuration, monitor and manage systems.

  • Work in a Network Team as an active member able to deploy or transform new network infrastructure as designed.

Required competencies / experience:

  • Working knowledge of firewalling, WAN or LAN environment
  • Perfect knowledge of TCP protocol and packet analysis
  • Routing: BGP, OSPF
  • Switching: 802.1q, 802.1x, Spanning-tree, VTP, LACP, VPC, VXLAN, EVPN
  • Firewall, VPN, IPSEC,
  • Proxy, Load Balancing, IDS/IPS, DNS
  • Scripting
  • ITIL v3

Technologies and Tools:

  • Firewalls: Juniper, ForcePoint, Palo Alto, Stormshield, Tufin
  • Switch / router: Juniper, Cisco IOS end NXOS
  • Load balancer: F5
  • Proxy: Symantec (ex-Blue Coat), McAfee
  • SSL VPN: Pulse Secure
