Supporting NetSuite, which includes but is not limited to:

Conducting end-to-end testing

Assisting with rolling out internal training.

Building best practice procedures.

Assisting staff with existing solutions.

Assisting with implementing and onboarding newly acquired entities into NetSuite.

Rolling out NetSuite functionalities within the group to enhance efficiency.

Liaising with the internal development team to ensure accuracy and completeness of data flows from billing systems to NetSuite.

Working with the Business Intelligence team and Software Developers to fulfil business reporting requirements.
