Job Title: NetSuite Developer

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore

General Summary:

The Senior NetSuite Developer is responsible for solution engineering, recommending and developing process. improvements, evaluating third-party tools, and implementing enhancements to the NetSuite ERP system. This role works in partnership with the Business Applications team to closely align the NetSuite system with business goals and directly impact the growth and future of the ConnectWise platform.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides support to the IT team, with a high attention to detail.
• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings.
• May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members.
• Develops, tests, and deploys customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.
• Develops custom code to meet user requirements.
• Maintains users, roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules.
• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
• Refines and customizes internal billing tools and methods.
• Work with multiple teams on roadmap projects involving financial applications and processes.
• Researches and analyzes application behaviors and improves performance and stability.
• Coordinates and communicates with impacted user groups.
• Configures NetSuite to align to company use of forms, field, and customer records to manage unique business process requirements.
• Ensures business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other IT financial enterprise applications.
• Design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into infrastructure if needed.
• Assists in implementing process improvements with systematic solutions.
• Understands, articulates, and documents needed customization, reports, and capabilities.
• Takes a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex issues.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

• Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
• Recognized subject matter expert of the applicable work area.
• Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements.
• Expertise with SuiteScript.
• Ability to create configurations and customizations of NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of the NetSuite ERP program.
• Ability to exercise strong problem-solving skill and analytical thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to act as a liaison between cross-functional teams.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing.
• Preferred: NetSuite Suite Cloud Developer certificate.

 Working Conditions:

• • Onsite / Hybrid depending on location.
  • 0-10% travel may be required.
