Job Description
Job’s mission
- Main focus of the Artwork Coordinator position is to coordinate the creation of new or revised Commercial artworks and Mock-up artworks.
- Smooth cooperation with and support to internal and external stakeholders, such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Planning and CMOs/CPOs, Artwork Studios and Print Vendors in artwork related matters.
- Support with Artwork Management’s main system, GLAMS (Global Artwork Management System), with regards to user support/training, problem solving, system upgrades, testing and validation.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Deliver correct artworks on time and in full, to support the submission process and/or launches and/or product supply.
- Execute artwork management related activities in accordance with GMP requirements.
- Prioritizing urgent and crucial artworks and projects.
- Participate and/or facilitate weekly / monthly supplier, NPI (New Product Introduction) and (sub)project meetings.
- Proof reading and creating proof reading reports.
- Following artwork processes according to SOPs (standard operating procedures), WIs (work instructions), forms and other instructions and according to GxP compliancy rules.
- Other tasks delegated by the superior.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Artwork Management processes and systems.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Food industry related packaging (knowledge in printing and packaging processes is required).
- Proofreading tool experience and knowledge.
- Experience in international and complex organization, working with different internal and external stakeholders.
- University degree in engineering or business.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and to work with deadlines.
- Customer services orientated mindset.
- Project Management related certificate and experience are considered as an advantage.
