Job Description
ARHS Group is looking for a .NET/Blazor Developer for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels to assist in a long-term mission for the modernization and digital transformation of the business processes. This program aims to revamp the existing systems into a new cloud ready architecture and to integrate AI technologies like sentiment analysis and machine learning.

Qualifications
Your profile
- Good knowledge of IT procedures, administrative procedures, financial procedures.
- Ability to give technical presentations.
- Capable of writing clear and structured business and technical documents.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate & participate in business and technical meetings in both English (C1/B2) and French (C1/B2).
- High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained contain personal and sensitive not classified information.
Technical skills
- Very good knowledge and practice of application development in C# using modern versions of the .NET Framework (i.e. version 6.0 and above).
- Very good knowledge and practice of web application development using Blazor. Additional knowledge of web technologies (e.g. JavaScript, Angular, React) will be an asset, but in this case the candidate should be willing to learn Blazor.
- Very good knowledge and practice of service-oriented REST web services architecture.
- At least 2 years of expertise in REST APIs development.
- Good knowledge and practice of Oracle PL/SQL & SQL Development.
- Good knowledge of event-driven application principles (Apache Kafka, MassTransit).
- Good knowledge of integrating and consuming cloud services, especially from AWS.
- Experience with DevOps practices and development in a collaborative environment using GitLab.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA, ServiceNow, Outlook.
- Very good analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Very good ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application architecture, design, and development.
- Very good ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Very good ability to apply high quality standards.
- Very good team player, able to work as team member but with an adequate degree of autonomy.
- Good technical and business self-starting capability.
- Good knowledge of the standard technology stack and building blocks of the Commission.
- Good knowledge and practice in needs and requirements collection using user stories and use cases.
- Expertise in any technology related to the DevSecOps of information system as well as in reporting tools such as Oracle report would be considered an asset.
