We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Integration and Customization Specialist. This role demands strong expertise in system integrations, technology optimization, and NetSuite customization to ensure seamless operations and scalability.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem/Order Integrations
- Analyze current integration processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure seamless integration between NetSuite ERP, EDI, Shopify, CRM, and other relevant platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Tech Stack Optimization
- Assess the current technology infrastructure and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Implement new technologies and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide comprehensive training and documentation for newly implemented technologies and processes.
NetSuite Customization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Customize NetSuite modules to address specific business needs and workflows.
- Deliver ongoing support, updates, and enhancements for NetSuite.
Deliverables
- Fully integrated systems with smooth operations between platforms.
- A comprehensive analysis report of current system/order integrations with actionable recommendations.
- Implementation plans for the tech stack, including detailed timelines and milestones.
- A customized NetSuite implementation plan with configurations, documentation, and training materials.
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting to ensure project adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong background in NetSuite customization and implementation.
- Proven experience in system/order integration projects, particularly with NetSuite, EDI, and Shopify.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in identifying and deploying technology solutions to enhance business operations.
- Solid understanding of ERP, EDI, Shopify, and CRM platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Adept at prioritizing business needs and delivering practical solutions.
