Job Description:
- Define NC Programs according to the Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering specifications.
- Support jigs and tools specification, making numerical simulations, validating and optimizing NC Programs.
- Develop test and integrating the NC Program in the distribution system (DNC) or on the machine under the supervision of the Production Line or Shop floor.
- Participate to the demonstration test with Work Preparation, Quality and Production.
Inputs: New Process need (or improvement), Engineering or Manufacturing Design model (material, tolerance, jigs, Digital Mock-Up,).
Programming Software.
Manufacturing feedbacks (historic of maturity, old similar program).
Outputs: NC Programs and Technical Instructions (Instruction Sheet, SOI, Simulation Test) for Numerical Control manufacturing processes.
