About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Langkawi is seeking an experienced and passionate Naturalist, you will inspire and educate guests about the local environment, flora, fauna, and ecosystem through guided nature walks, talks, and immersive experiences. You will play a key role in enhancing the guest journey by connecting them with the natural beauty of the resort's surroundings while promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility in alignment with Four Seasons practice

What you will do

• Display at all times a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patron and employees.

• Develop, coordinate, and lead eco-friendly guest activities, such as nature walks, wildlife tours, and sustainable activities.

• Share expert knowledge on local wildlife, plants, ecosystems, and conservation practices

• Engage with guests to provide educational experiences on local flora, fauna, and ecosystems.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards in hospitality.

What you bring

• Strong passion for nature, conservation, and guest education.
• Multilingual skills are a plus

• Experience in designing and leading engaging nature-based programs for guests.

• Excellent public speaking, guest service, and leadership skills.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in eco-tourism, environmental education, or sustainability programs within the hospitality industry.
