About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a National Sales Program & Initiatives Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive National Call Strategy for all of WIM with a primary focus on the weekly National Advisor Call. You will work closely with leaders across all levels of the organization to drive meaningful engagement, ensure consistent messaging, and deliver high-impact content. This role also requires strong collaboration with senior leadership, as well as legal and compliance partners, to ensure all communications are aligned with firm policies and regulatory standards.
In this role, you will:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
-
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
-
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
-
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
-
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
-
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:

Strong understanding of the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Business
-
Strong lens on risk with established key relationships across WIM
-
Partner well with compliance, legal, and WIM Centers of Excellence to ensure quality of calls.

Ability to take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate urgency and project management on assigned tasks

Effective critical thinking, communication, and credible challenge skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across organizational levels/groups, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
-
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, with the ability to manage live calls, coordinate presentations and drive seamless collaboration across a national audience

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities, tasks, and complex projects while meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
