The Bob’s Squad National Manager ensures that the Bob’s Squad Sales Call Center performs beyond sales target expectations in a manner that is consistent with the Company’s core values and vision and is expected to lead by example.
The primary goal of the National Sales Manager is to execute a virtual sales strategy, and innovation to drive national sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, sales acumen, and strategic thinking, with a focus on fostering a high-performing team and adapting to changing market conditions. 
The Bob’s Squad National Sales Manager will actively engage, encourage, mentor and motivate direct and indirect reports and identify and determine professional developmental opportunities.
The Bob’s Squad National Sales Manager will work with Senior Management to ensure the Bob’s Squad Sales Channel, is adequately staffed to meet and/or exceed budgeted sales numbers and that all Company guidelines and policies are adhered to by all employees and will oversee all employee discipline and employee relations issues with the appropriate partnership of Human Resources’, Operations, and Loss Prevention.We are open to this position being primarily remote.What You’ll Bring to Bob’sAt Bob’s Discount Furniture, we value the unique skills and experiences that each candidate brings.   • Lead and motivate sales managers and teams to achieve sales targets. 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics. 
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to sales personnel. 

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Set overall sales objectives and targets for the national sales team. 
  • Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities. 
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. 
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting. 

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management. 
  • Negotiate and resolve all commission inquiries.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, web team, and service\operations, to ensure alignment and success. 
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management and sales teams. 

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue and customer satisfaction. 
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. 
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications• Experience: Several years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership or management role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Physical Demands

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:
