Summary:
In this role, you will ensure members effectively utilize our customer management and support teams to achieve maximum benefit of our application. You will consult with members, assist with installations, manage data acquisition and cleansing, perform analysis, maintenance, and report writing.
Responsibilities:

Oversee account retention and growth by developing frequent communication with accounts to present system utilization review, training, new enhancements, and opportunities for new processes and best practices.

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support client needs.

Engage with other teams, leveraging existing technology and capabilities within Vizient/Provista to drive further operational efficiencies.

Manage customer system requests, implementation of new processes, and training.

Troubleshoot and remediate member escalations ensuring required response and resolution times are met.

Collaborate with sales for proposal development and ROI analysis.
Qualifications:
-
Relevant degree preferred.
-
7 or more years relevant experience in materials management or supply chain in a healthcare setting required. Experience in acute care preferred.

Experience in a customer facing role providing consultation and support desired.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, PC and system navigation skills, specifically in a browser-based environment required.

Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), Software-as-a-service (SAAS), or Envi experience highly desired.

Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $146,700.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
