We are seeking a National Account Senior Manager to lead our Amazon business, driving growth, innovation, and collaboration to deliver exceptional results. How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Execute and achieve sales and margin growth targets for Amazon.
  • Manage product catalog, traffic, and conversion metrics to drive business performance.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies, promotional plans, and media budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and efficiencies, partnering with internal teams for execution.

Relationship Management (Internal & External)

  • Partner with Amazon’s team to enhance marketing and logistics programs.
  • Lead internal and customer meetings, focusing on Joint Business Plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Advocate for customer needs, ensuring alignment with GE Appliances’ go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce sales/account management, customer-facing marketing, operations, or retail/.com buying.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to synthesize financial, marketing, and operational data into actionable insights.
  • Willingness to travel (10-15%) for customer and company planning meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing and growing brands on Amazon, including promotional and advertising strategies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salsify, Stackline, Vendor Central, Seller Central, Brand Registry, Transparency, and/or Oracle.
  • Previous experience working with advertising agencies.
