All about the role:
As a National Account Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of account plans for John Lewis across all product categories. You will be reporting into the Channel Manager Electrical Retail Chains and working closely within this team.
What you'll do:

Manage and maintain an appropriate product mix, with the overriding principle to maximise sales, volume, and profitability to generate value

Collaborate to plan promotional activities
-
Brief Product Line, Training, and Marketing teams on promotional requirements to achieve maximum return
-
Resolve customer management issues promptly and effectively
-
Liaise with Product Line and Finance teams
-
Provide reporting and analysis for the Head of Channel
-
Support cross-channel category management approach
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field)

Sales experience within a commercial, consumer goods company
-
Business acumen and business analysis and numerical interpretation
-
Open, ambitious, and keen to grow by learning and development
-
Excellent planning and organisational skills
-
Strong presentation and excellent Excel skills
-
Good relationship building skills, an ability to demonstrate building relations at all levels within an organisation and being comfortable within this environment.

UK driving licence
Where you'll be:
The role will be field based with occasional business travel across the UK, however the candidate should live within a commutable distance to Luton as there is a requirement to work from the office on a weekly basis.
