National Account Executive at SpotHero: 

The National Account Executive creates partnerships between SpotHero and parking operators, property managers, asset managers, businesses and more. National AE’s develop new industry relationships, sell new products and services, and identify new opportunities across geographies. This role will collaborate with the Manager, National Sales, Sales Enablement and Regional Growth teams to inform new sales approaches and support training.  You’ll act as a strategic consultant to potential new partners and provide thought leadership within the industry to facilitate SpotHero’s growth.

 

What you will do:

  • Work with leadership to identify new market segments and sales opportunities, collaborate with Manager, National Sales on strategy and own execution.
  • Prospect potential new parking partners using online resources, social media, industry contacts and organizations, and on-the-ground prospecting. 
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects across the parking industry.
  • Lead prospective partners to SpotHero’s product offerings through tailored commercial insights and a consultative approach.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close across your designated markets.
  • Meet goals around new account acquisition and sales of new products and services.
  • Communicate SpotHero’s customer experience expectations to prospective partners to ensure success on our platform.
  • Provide thought leadership and nurture long-term industry relationships to facilitate future growth and build a positive reputation around SpotHero in the space.
  • Host or travel to client meetings, events, and social gatherings.
  • Attend industry related conferences and tradeshows, when applicable.
    • Represent SpotHero and build brand awareness.
    • Identify and research prospective leads to approach during the event.
    • Deliver presentations, host panels and attend educational sessions
  • Identify new sales approaches and develop best practices. Collaborate with leadership and Sales Enablement to inform and implement new sales strategies, content, collateral, and training.
  • Meet daily expectations for outbound activities including cold calls, emails, and more.
  • Secure and safeguard data to preserve its integrity, reliability, and availability and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.


What you bring: 

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in technology solution sales, with a track record of top performance
  • Strong CRM hygiene with experience utilizing sales forecasting on a weekly/monthly basis + communicating them in an effective manner (Salesforce, preferred)
  • Proven consultative sales skills with a unique ability to understand client needs 
  • Self-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple competing priorities
  • Experience successfully utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Looker, HighSpot & more

Compensation in California:

  • Depending on your skillset and experience, you can expect your base salary to be between $72,000 - $90,000 as well as a variable compensation and leading total rewards package including stock options.
