Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with front office users to identify requirements and optimize Murex functionalities.
- Providing expert support for Murex application functionalities related to trading, risk management, and P&L processing.
- Implementing enhancements and regularly updating the Murex system to ensure compliance with business needs.
- Working closely with IT teams to facilitate smooth integration and troubleshooting of issues.
- Training and supporting end-users in utilizing Murex applications effectively.
- Conducting system testing and validation of new functionalities and upgrades.
- Ensuring best practices are followed within the Murex environment to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven expertise in Murex Front Office modules, especially in derivatives, equity, and fixed income products.
- Strong understanding of trading workflows and front office processes.
- Experience in implementation, configuration, and support of Murex applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant experience in financial services, specifically within a trading or investment banking environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and tackle complex challenges independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and adapt to a new culture and working environment.
