- Act as the first line of support for Murex Front Office applications.
- Ensure smooth operation of Murex across various asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities, derivatives).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues reported by traders and front-office users.
- Oversee the configuration and management of trade capture, pricing, and trade lifecycle management within Murex.
- Collaborate with traders and portfolio managers to ensure Murex is functioning as expected throughout the trade lifecycle.
- Develop and implement custom solutions within Murex to meet business requirements.
- Work closely with front-office teams to design, develop, and implement solutions to improve trading processes and workflow.
- Customize Murex interfaces, reports, and templates to enhance usability and efficiency.
- Ensure smooth integration between Murex and other trading, risk, and back-office systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of interface solutions for real-time data exchange.
- Help integrate and manage risk models in Murex (market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training to front-office users on Murex functionalities and new features.
- Document system configurations, customizations, and workflows for internal reference and regulatory compliance.
