Job Details
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for photography, video production, and graphic design
- Conceptualize, develop, produce, and edit audio, video, and animation content for digital channels, social media, and other internal and external use cases
- Involved in all aspects of the production process, including ideating, storyboarding, scouting, capturing video footage, creating animations, and editing
- Travel to different fields to capture community, event, and campaign content
- Deliver client-ready assets on projects ranging from social, brand marketing, advertising, print designs, and digital banners
- Manage and organize media equipment, assets, and files; and maintaining the brand look and feel across digital content
- Support teams in fulfilling day-to-day design requests
- Manage projects independently and ensure deadlines are met
- Perform other duties as assigned

You might be just who we’re looking for if you have…
- Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, animation, video, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong organization skills and highly detail oriented
- Ability to balance projects and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in creating motion graphics (both video and animation) and video and photo editing
- Expertise in post-production software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Experience with storyboarding and/or 3D design
- Creative Cloud suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

- Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
- Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager

- Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable
- Comply with company policies and procedure
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
