We are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our global marketing team. As a key member of the creative team, reporting to the Creative Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing compelling visuals that blend storytelling with innovation to drive action. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign design across various mediums and channels.
  • Expertise in B2B design, with the ability to balance B2B and B2C priorities and cross-pollinate concepts.
  • Must have animation, motion graphics and video editing skills
  • Proficiency in connecting creative elements across digital and physical marketing channels such as web, email, and events.
  • Familiarity with insights-led and performance-driven creative development.
  • Ability to unpack complex briefs and exceed expectations.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver quality work under pressure.
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Comfort working in an agile marketing environment.
  • B.S./B.A. degree in a related field.

Please note it is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa that has fibre, but will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.

A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line or install fibre in order to work effectively.
