Job Summary
AmeriLife is seeking a talented, versatile, and highly skilled Multimedia Design Specialist to join our team and support our key accounts. The role will be responsible for designing and developing omnichannel marketing assets for some of our largest affiliate partners within our Health and Wealth Distribution organizations. The role will be focused on extensive and intricate marketing campaigns that require expertise in addressing complex challenges through design and creative storytelling. This role will report to AmeriLife’s Executive Creative Director and charged with creating a wide range of materials that effectively communicate our brands and their value propositions to both consumers (B2C) and licensed insurance and financial professionals (B2B).
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:

Create and develop high-quality, visually appealing marketing assets for various channels, including digital and social media, sales and marketing materials, presentations (PowerPoint and Keynote), print materials, videos, motion graphics, animations, event support, and more.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.

Use design elements effectively to communicate brand narratives and engage audiences through corporate brand storytelling.
Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Collaborate with key account managers to gather insights and feedback to refine and enhance marketing materials.
Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail throughout the design process.
Innovation:

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in multimedia design and marketing.

Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the effectiveness of marketing assets.
Qualifications:
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in design software and tools are a plus.
Experience:
-
4+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing asset types and creative versatility for both B2C and B2B audiences.

Proven experience in designing for digital and social media, as well as traditional print materials.
Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing tools (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects), and other relevant tools.

Deep understanding of the modern marketing and communication landscape, trends, and strategies.

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
